A ridiculously easy vegan Peanut Cake made only with 8 simple ingredients, ready in just 30 minutes and definitely a recipe that will conquer all peanut lovers!

The recipe that I bring today to share with you has peanut as a key ingredient, in the form of butter and flour.

 

It came into my mind that I had never eaten a peanut cake and probably many of you either not, and at the same time I started to imagine how delicious a peanut cake could be and I couldn’t resist. I went to the kitchen and only left when the cake was ready and flooding the kitchen with peanut scent!

 

This cake was made with Dragon SuperFoods peanut flour, an organic flour, very fine and versatile. This flour, since it comes from 100% peanuts and no other additional ingredients, is rich in protein, fiber, magnesium and calcium.

A cake as easy as it is delicious! Perfect to wake up the little monkey that lives inside you!

 

With no BIG introductions, this Peanut Cake was thought to simplify your life whenever the urge to eat a cake knocks on the door!

 

It is a very simple cake, with equally simple ingredients and that does not require any expertise in the kitchen to make it pop out of the oven perfect!

Ingredients:

1 cup and ½ (190gr) of whole spelt flour

½ cup (50gr) Dragon SuperFoods peanut flour

2 pinches of salt

1 tsp and ½ of baking soda

1 cup (140gr) of yellow sugar

1 cup and ½ (350gr) of unsweetened soy milk

3 tsp of apple cider vinegar

½ cup (130gr) of peanut butter

Ingredients:

1 cup and ½ (190gr) of whole spelt flour

½ cup (50gr) Dragon SuperFoods peanut flour

2 pinches of salt

1 tsp and ½ of baking soda

1 cup (140gr) of yellow sugar

1 cup and ½ (350gr) of unsweetened soy milk

3 tsp of apple cider vinegar

½ cup (130gr) of peanut butter

Instructions:

1- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

 

2- Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and stir with a whisk.

 

3- On another bowl add the soy milk and the vinegar and stir with the whisk until create a foam on the surface. Then add the peanut butter and stir well to make it homogeneous.

 

4- Mix the wet and dry ingredients slowly and stir well with the whisk. Once all the ingredients are well incorporated, stop stirring to prevent the dough from resulting in a heavy cake.

 

5- Place the cake dough in bundt pan previously greased with butter and flour, and take it to the oven for 30 minutes, or until you stick the toothpick and it comes out completely clean.

 

6- Remove from the oven and let it cool down for about 5 minutes.

 

7- When serving, drizzle with a melted chocolate sauce and chunks of peanut. It will make all the difference!
